Sessions last for 50 minutes, are usually once per week and always by appointment. You will decide how many sessions you will have. Some people choose 8 sessions, others attend for six months or longer.

Our first session together is always an assessment session. This is an opportunity for us both to see if counselling will be helpful to you and for you to see if you are comfortable within the therapeutic relationship.
